1 Tbs yogurt or sour cream
Good pinch of Himalayan salt
Pinch of freshly cut dill

Method
- Slice the cucumber as thinly as you can either using a mandolin or a very sharp knife.
- Lay sliced cucumber on a sieve or strainer and sprinkle with salt, ensure that the cucumber is spread around evenly and the salt covers all the slices.
- Leave the cucumber to mix with the salt for about 30 minutes, the salt with extract excess water / juice.
- After 30 minutes squeeze out any of the excess juice with your hands and the cucumber to a bowl and mix with the yogurt or sour cream.
